Get in touch with us and fix a meeting with the designer to discuss all things you want us to do. Based on the information provided we will outline the first-cut design presentation that will best suit your taste and discernment. Also the detailed cost-estimation for interior will be shared

Meet Designer:

You can fix the meeting with the designer by contacting us via call for a detailed discussion. In the first meeting you can let us know what your desires, ideas, preferences are and what moves you in here. We will be discussing your family structure, budget for interiors, likes and dislikes of the family, and based on that a preferred theme for your house.

Design Presentation:

After getting to know you and your requirements well, considering the scope of work the assigned interior designer will meet you with the first presentation that will illustrate what will be the overall look & feel of your house and what all things we are going to use.

Cost Estimate:

We will then share a detailed COST estimate for various processes and products we will be using in the turnkey interior designing which will illustrate you a step by step breakage of overall cost.

Pay 10% to book us:

When you get satisfied with our approach to interior designing, you need to book us by paying 10% advance of the total cost to move further.

Stage 2
CO-CREATE DESIGNS

This process includes multiple rounds of design & discussion; we will finalize furniture layout & theme, 3D visualization of layout. We will be doing material selection such as colors, laminates and fabrics. After finalization of 3Ds we will be making technical drawings to facilitate execution process.

Furniture Layout & Theme Selection :

This is the initial planning stage where we create an optimized space planning and furniture layout of the area in scope as per the requirements given. Also we will finalize a specific theme of the house with the help of various catalogues available in accordance with your taste and preferences.

2D Designs:

We design and customaries 2D design according to interior industry and to create your flat, bungalow, offices & shops etc. 2D means two-dimensional drawings and it prepared as a technical/working drawing for execution purpose, while executing your site, dimensions are must for accurate work. Our Project is designed according to the home owners when they get the plan of their home to inspect your home and understand your requirements according to your taste and style. And Consult your queries to the Designer suggest space planning ideas with do’s & don’t, according to your budget we suggest and help you materials like for e.g. Tiles, marbles, laminate, hardware, painting etc.

3D Designs:

This is the time when we propose the exclusive and customized 3D of each unit of house designed as per furniture layout and theme finalized. Stage 3
PRODUCTION AND EXECUTION

Now begins the major execution part, as now we will be executing our ideas of 3Ds. We will be doing onsite civil, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring and wall treatments etc. We will also be producing & installation of various wood work, furniture and modular kitchen. We will also be doing a quality check of all the work done to provide you an unbeatable satisfaction of each and every nuke designed.

Production:

We will start doing wood work as required, for various furniture, wardrobes, kitchen, vanities, doors etc. We will do production and get it installed onsite.

Onsite Execution:

This includes your all onsite civil, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing and wall treatments etc as well as other execution stuff.

Quality Check:

After completion of all the installation we do a quality check for you before handing over the house to you. At this point a team will check all the aspects and look out for things that are incase left and get them done.

Snag List:

Once you start living in the house, there can be still some small points you would notice, you can send the list of these snags and we will send our team to resolve it at the earliest.

Stage 4
HANDOVER

This is the final step towards your dream home, as at this point we are done with round of quality check and snags removal and will hand over you the fully customized, exclusive home interior within your grab.

Stage 5
AFTER SUPPORT

Once we handover you the completed site, we also provide after support for our clients if required. If you face any non-functionality or error in the house you can let us know and will rectify the issue as per your satisfaction.
